When we took over the store called Superior Market, we changed the name for two reasons. The obvious one was to make it clear that the store was under new ownership, but the other was much more important to us. And it's the reason we are committed to making All Seasons the best it can possibly be.

A Tribute to Dad

All Seasons is a family-owned and operated store. That in itself doesn't make it unique; there are lots of family owned stores in the world. In fact our family owns several others. What makes All Seasons special to us - and we hope this will help us make it special for you - is that the store is a tribute of sorts to our father and his first store, which is where he taught us about how to mind a business and instilled in us the values that we do our best to implement every day.

Hard work is rewarding, and sometimes downright fun. The most important metric in your business is people, not profits. He taught us lots of other things, but those two will take you a long way in life. Especially the "people" part, which comes into play in several ways:

In an era when it seems a lot of business have sacrificed the old saying "the customer is always right" in favor of profits and the bottom line, this is the very cornerstone of our business. Always feel free to let us know what we're doing wrong, and we'll do our best to fix it!

The Community - Which We're Nothing Without

In all our stores - including All Seasons - we avoid the cookie-cutter approach of even a small chain, and do our best to get to know the people in our community, what their needs are, and do our best to become friends. It doesn't matter what color you are, where you're from, our how well off you are, we're going to do our best to treat you with the same courtesy and humility when we serve you.

Our Staff - An Extended Family

Our long term staff is about as culturally diverse as can be, and some of them are even a little quirky. But if they stay with us for any amount of time, they have a few things in common: they work hard, they treat people with respect and courtesy, and they're honest. And in the end, we treat them like family more than hired help.
