Artisan Bread

Thanks to our in-house baker Jeremiah Kouhin (owner of “The Mother Loaf”), we’re able to offer some of the best bread you will find anywhere. This is truly artisanal bread, using flours and grains that are stone ground, and acquired locally whenever possible. About a third of the grains used are grown and milled right here in Michigan, the rest are from other areas in the continental states. All other ingredients are sourced locally as well.
