Although we’re family owned and operated, that doesn’t mean that the person helping you on a given day is literally family, but our trustworthy crew that sticks with us is like our family; people like Rachel, who holds down the fort most days, and our in-house chef Mark, and baker Jeremiah.
Chef Mark Sackrison
Mark started working in kitchens in 1984, and has brought his love for fine food to All Seasons. He won the “Best Burger in Detroit” in 2011, and the North Shore Rib Competition in 2012. His goal here at All Seasons is to create quality, healthy dishes that will meet the needs of everyone from the lunch hour worker to the busy family short on time. Stop in and let him cook up something healthy and delicious for you!
Artisanal Baker Jeremiah Kouhin
Owner of The Mother Loaf, Jeremiah has been involved with sourcing and producing local food for over a decade. He has transformed that passion to baking. The goal: to create fine artisanal baked goods that hearken back to the days of the village baker. The flours and grains for Jeremiah’s breads are stone ground, and acquired locally whenever possible. About a third of the grains used are grown and milled right here in Michigan, the rest are from other areas in the continental states. All other ingredients are sourced locally as well.
